Asociatia Apropapele (Romania)
Aproapele is a humanitarian NGO established in Bucarest in 2003. Its mission is promoting and developing professional activities in the socio-humanitarian field. The vision of the organization consists in the awareness, training and education of the people for self development and solidarity, inter-cultural opening and peace.

Asociatia Caritas Bucuresti (Romania)
Caritas Bucharest is a not-for-profit organization belonging to the Roman-Catholic Church. Caritas Bucharest carries out projects and activities in the social area (e.g. social canteen, social laundry, support for child abandonment prevention, home for ex-street children), medical area, education (e.g. kindergartens, Down Syndrome Centre, school and kindergarten for Roma children, centre for social workers and students).

Bulgarisch-Deutsches Sozialwerk (Bulgaria)
Bulgarish-Deutsches Sozialwerk is a social organisation composed of three religious institutes: the foundation Liebenau, the foundation St. Franziskus Heiligenbronn and the Metropolie of Varna and Veliki Preslav. It is headquartered in Varna, Bulgaria. Sozialwerk is active in various fields of social services especially as far as disadvantaged people are concerned. In particular they work with Roma people, elderly, handicapped people, children with difficulties.

Caritas Europa (Belgium)
Caritas Europa is one of the seven regions of Caritas Internationalis, a confederation of 162 Catholic relief, development and social service organisations throughout the world. Caritas Europa focuses its activities on issues relating to poverty, social inequality, migration and asylum, all across the European Union as well as in the larger Europe. The organisation is also involved in the fields of international cooperation, emergency humanitarian relief and development.

Cordaid (The Netherlands)
Cordaid is one of the biggest international development organisations founded in 1999 with the merger of three Roman Catholic development organisations: Memisa, Caritas Netherlands and Bilance. Together with more than a thousand local organisations, Cordaid fights poverty and injustice in over forty countries throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe and the Netherlands.

Diecezna Charita Nitra (Slovakia)
Diocesan charity Nitra is the first charity organization, founded already in 1905. Among its main activities are home care for elderly and care for abandoned children.

Fondazione Caritas Ambrosiana (Italy)
It is an organism created by the Archbishop of Milan in order to promote the community's charity, social justice and peace, with a particular attention to the disadvantaged people. It is the leading organization of the STEP IN project.

Secours Catholique (France)
The Secours Catholique is a national association born in 1901. Its mission, according to the first article of its charter, is to help and support all the people in difficulties. The Secours Catholique is a member of the network Caritas International.
